Not another PMS
StayClean is not intended to replace a PMS. The PMS remains the system of record for reservations, occupancy and property management. StayClean focuses on the physical and operational execution that follows.
The roles are different, but complementary.

The important distinction is between a task being present in a calendar and a property actually being ready.
StayClean can structure the full sequence: detect a reservation event, apply the relevant rules, prepare an intervention, notify the provider, collect evidence and surface exceptions.
