01 / Real-time tracking
Don't ask anymore.
See where it's at.
An agent on the way. Cleaning started. Ready accommodation. Follow each intervention remotely, without calling to obtain information that should already be in front of you.
Simulation only: statuses, name, map and times are fictitious. No real data is tracked and no action is sent.

The report is available.
Photos, checklist and observations: find the submitted information documenting the result.

WHAT THIS CHANGES FOR YOU
See what is happening on site,
even when you are elsewhere.
Know whether the service is scheduled, the agent is on the way, cleaning has started or the report is available. Fewer messages to obtain a status. More context to decide what to do.
01The right status, at the right time
Distinguish between a scheduled, assigned, ongoing or completed service. “Someone is scheduled” and “the property is ready” do not mean the same thing.
02A useful journey, more than a map
When the mission requires it, the steps for collecting linen and keys give context to arrival at the accommodation.
03Dated information
The latest available status remains linked to the service. Old information is never presented as an updated location.
04Tracking leads to the result
At the end, find the report and submitted information. Move naturally from “How is it progressing?” to “What has been done?”
IN PRACTICE
How it works.
A clear framework, from the first configuration to monitoring of cleaning services.
You open the job.
Find the property, scheduled time slot and assigned provider. Tracking belongs to the right file, not an isolated conversation.
You follow the steps.
The route and actions reported from the field show the service's progress. Access or linen steps appear when configured.
You spot what matters.
Check the latest available status and related information. The aim is to know when attention is needed.
You find the result.
At the end, tracking gives way to the report. Move from “How is it progressing?” to “What has been done?”
A CONCRETE SITUATION · FICTITIOUS EXAMPLE
An arrival is approaching.
You know what to look for.
Once you have scheduled the cleaning, you open the service: the linen has been collected and the agent is on the way to the property. Later, you find the completion status and report.
Explore an end-to-end interventionIn this example, you gain visibility without repeated calls. If updates stop coming through, tracking says so instead of pretending the location is still live.
GO TO THE END OF THE SUBJECT
Your questions.
Clear answers.
What the service covers, and what not to assume.
Can I follow without being in the office?
Yes. Tracking is also part of the StayClean mobile experience. You can find the information available on the intervention without having to go to the accommodation.
What if the phone no longer transmits?
You keep the information already received. The status shows the latest available information; it does not simulate an agent continuing to move without an update.
Is this the same as quality control?
No. Monitoring answers the question of progress. Quality control relies on the elements of cleaning to document the result. The two are complementary.
Does the map guarantee an arrival time?
No. A location or status depends on available data, connectivity and phone permissions. It is not a guarantee of arrival time.
Are linen and keys always tracked?
These steps appear when they form part of the configured service journey. Not every job requires the same logistical operations.
Does a booking automatically trigger a cleaning?
No. You schedule cleanings yourself according to your organisation and needs. Tracking concerns the services you have chosen to schedule: a booking without scheduled cleaning is not an anomaly.
