No. Your business retains its employer responsibilities and obligations. StayClean is presented as an operational organisation and tracking tool, not as the employer of your staff.
Can I manage my team's roles and permissions?
Members and permissions can be configured. The exact roles, permissions and options must be confirmed for the actual configuration. This demonstration creates no team or access.
Are cleaners' locations tracked permanently?
No. Supervision must respect privacy and the authorised professional context: no permanent or off-duty tracking. Outdated or unavailable information must remain identified as such.
Do indicators automatically evaluate cleaners?
No. History and feedback provide reference points to review in the context of each job. They do not replace human evaluation or constitute automatic decisions about employment, access to jobs or pay.
Are registration and the provider workspace free?
Registration and the provider workspace have no subscription fee, subject to the terms. This does not mean jobs, purchases, equipment or protections have no cost. Applicable fees must be communicated before commitment.
Are jobs and payments guaranteed?
No. Access to jobs depends on the application and local needs. Job status, validation, documents and actual payment are separate and subject to the applicable terms. No volume, income or payment is guaranteed in every case.
