02 / Autopilot
Set your rules.
Lighten the routine.
Stop rebuilding the same organisation for every turnover. Set up your properties, instructions and scheduling rules: StayClean automates recurring tasks covered by that configuration while you stay in control of your organisation.
Autopilot applies to scheduling you have enabled and that your rules cover. A booking does not systematically trigger a cleaning.
SCHEDULING CYCLE
A turnover to prepare
Arts Apartment
Instructions, access and linen provided
Illustrative example · no real booking or job
STEP 02
Connect your calendar
The selected calendar or integration feeds the schedule according to the agreed configuration.
STEP 03
You stay in control of cleaning
The configured rules determine which scheduling is covered. A booking with no cleaning planned remains simply a booking.
Demonstration choice, with no effect on a real schedule.
STEP 04
The job follows its course
Once scheduled, the job becomes part of field operations: assignment, instructions and tracking according to the configured services.
STEP 05
Find the information
View the available status and the end-of-service report when submitted. Exceptions remain visible: automation does not make them disappear.
WHAT THIS CHANGES FOR YOU
Automate recurring tasks.
Stay in control of exceptions.
Your properties and rules are the starting point. Autopilot handles scheduling covered by the configuration without taking away control of your organisation.
01Less re-typing
Reservations feed the organization of interventions according to the configured organization rules. You don't start with a blank sheet of paper each rotation.
02Your standards follow
Property-specific instructions, access, linen and expectations define the job. Autopilot relies on this information; it does not invent it.
03A coherent cycle
Scheduling, provider coordination, tracking and reporting are linked within StayClean's organisation, according to the configured services and rules.
IN PRACTICE
How it works.
A clear framework, from initial setup to service tracking.
Configure your accommodations
Provide useful information: instructions, access, linen and constraints. This foundation helps service providers understand what is expected.
Link your reservations
The selected calendar or integration feeds the schedule. The connection and how it works depend on the tool and configuration.
Define your rules
Autopilot handles scheduling you have enabled and that these rules cover.
Maintain visibility
Track jobs, view available reports and address situations needing attention.
A CONCRETE SITUATION · FICTITIOUS EXAMPLE
Several departures on the same day.
No need to rebuild the same organisation.
A property manager has configured their properties, instructions and calendar. Turnovers covered by their rules feed the scheduling of the relevant cleanings. The manager tracks progress across their properties and keeps their attention for special cases.
A booking does not automatically imply cleaning: the client defines the services and applicable rules.

Your questions.
Clear answers.
What autopilot does — and what you should not assume.
Who schedules the cleanings?
You define your organisation and applicable rules. When enabled, autopilot automates scheduling covered by that configuration. It does not decide that every booking needs cleaning.
Is a booking without cleaning an anomaly?
No. A booking may perfectly well require no cleaning scheduled in StayClean. The client controls which services they want to organise and which rules they enable.
Should I change booking software?
Not necessarily. The connection and synchronisation method need to be assessed based on your current tool. Not all software offers the same integration capabilities.
Does everything happen without human involvement?
No. Services are delivered by professionals. Technology automates recurring scheduling covered by the rules; teams remain important for field needs and unexpected events.
What happens if a booking changes or is cancelled?
Handling depends on the connection, available data and agreed rules. The exact behaviour must be checked during setup; this demonstration does not simulate real synchronisation.
Less routine to coordinate.
More visibility in the field.
