For holiday cottages and guesthouses
Hospitality remains
your profession.
Prepare the next arrival with clear instructions, organised follow-up and professionals suited to your area. Whether you manage a holiday cottage, a few rooms or mixed accommodation, you stay in control of the services to schedule.
You schedule the cleaning you need yourself. A booking alone does not automatically create a cleaning service.

A CONCRETE SITUATION · FICTITIOUS EXAMPLE

Illustrative scenario, not a testimonial. No real stay, cleaning, provider or report is created.
TO UNDERSTAND
Hospitality remains your job.
The way it works stays clear.
Options and conditions to know before starting.
Does a booking automatically schedule a cleaning?
No. You control which cleaning to schedule. A booking alone does not automatically create a cleaning service.
Does StayClean always supply linen?
No. Linen and equipment can appear in the instructions, but any supply or related service depends on the chosen service, agreed terms and confirmed availability.
What can be checked remotely?
Remote checks rely on information received about the service. Detailed client reports are included with Ultra; content and applicable terms must be confirmed for the offer.
Can I keep the people I work with?
Yes, you can keep your organisation or assess local service and replacement options. Availability and connections are confirmed before starting.
Are all declared units billable?
No. Units declared in the journey are not automatically billable properties. Self-service onboarding is free; services and service fees remain separate.
Is deferred payment automatically included?
No. This example does not present it as an automatic entitlement. If offered, it depends on eligibility and applicable terms, for a maximum of up to 90 days. Approval is not guaranteed.
